Getting FOMO in 4G/5G era, then have a Kitkat and chill...
Are you getting FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) on social media apps, then it's time for you to take a break in the emerging 4G/5G era.
Now, you might be thinking if I stop using social media then I won't be able to see any updates and trends, what my friends are doing and where they are roaming (#Gummi-Gummi) and the most important; what's my favorite influencer and my favorite person (your crush or partner) is doing, but don't you worry; taking a break is going to help you, not them and more in that case where you are waiting for a notification that's never gonna come.
I know in a fast emerging world of 4G/5G, you don't have enough time to sit down and relax and taking a break from your work or from your social life seems difficult, doesn't it?. This world is growing faster than we ever thought, and somewhere in this we are ruining our Mental-health and Peace by working 15-18 hrs a day or by using excessive social media platforms. I'm not saying don't hustle and sit idle on your coach and procrastinate all day, work for your dream, work for your passion, work for your family and friends but don't let your work or any Social Media app ruin your mental health, peace and relationship with your family. Work passionately and use Social media to learn new things and make connections but in a healthy and effective way.
So, today on July 17, on your 29th Sunday of 2022. Take a moment from your chaos and hectic schedule and stay with yourself. Just close your eyes, take a deep breathe and pause for a while, be with yourself and think about your life, how you came here at this point of your life, how many bad days and nights; you passed to become what you are today, how many things you did in the past so you can come closer to your dream, how much your parents sacrificed for your dreams, how many people are out there who supports you and how much you evolve as an individual. Just think about it and re-memorize your achievements and your best life experience, whether it is a good memory or a moment, just adore that phase of yours and dive into it and SMILE for yourself, because you deserve it. You did great in the past and I believe in you that you're gonna do much better than that in the future.
There is so much to achieve in the future and you have to achieve all of them, but for that you need your body, mind and soul to be perfectly working for you. And for that if you take a break for a day (or for a week) from social media platforms or from work then it's not gonna ruin your current situation, rather it will expedite your progress and peace. (but at the same time, beware of the fact, that taking a break for your health is important but taking an unnecessary break and procrastinating for the same is not going to help you in any way).
Still having FOMO then have a Kitkat-Break because LIFE HAI BREAK TO BANTA HAI...
With Lots of Love

Quote Of The Day
Our society today, through the wonders of consumer culture and hey-look-my-life-is-cooler-than-yours social media, has bred a whole generation of people who believe that having these negative experiences—anxiety, fear, guilt, etc.—is totally not okay. The Internet has not just open-sourced information; it has also open-sourced insecurity, self-doubt, and shame.
